I just now got around to installing my fuel pressure gauge pod and I've hit a problem. The part of the fuel system I'm hooking the sender to has a male end with the schrader valve and the sender has a male fitting as well. Here are some pics of what I am talking about.. Do I need some kind of adapter or will it fit inside where the schrader valve goes. Since I'm asking about this anyway, I'm suppose to use teflon tape on this right?

Hey man. I did a quick search and found a 1/8" female to 1/8" female adapter that might work for your application:

http://www.anver.com/document/vacuum components/vacuum cups/Fittings/hs18-18-f!.htm

Hope this helps.

PS: Using the teflon tape or thread sealer would probably be a good idea. Just dont let anything get in the fuel line.

Nevermind that last post. I didn't realize the schrader valve on the fuel line was a different thread. Here's the part numbers you'll need from Summit Racing:

EAR-923104

EAR-991001

These should work.

No problem, man.

Oh yeah, don't forget to remove the valve stem before you put your fittings on. lol. That would suck.

So I can order the one from the first link and be set? I'm assuming the stock schrader valve goes into the new one or it has one already installed?

No, the schrader valve won't screw into the first fitting. You'll need to get a -4an cap too. This is how I had a fuel pressure sensor hooked up.
