once the leather "clear coat" has been compromised the only thing you are doing is a temp fix. that stuff will wear out faster than the original leather. if you are selling it, its a good way to make it look good, but nothing will ever "fix" worn leather. the only way to do it is to start when the truck is new.

Once my truck comes out the shop I'm giving this a try,and I'll use the clear coat.Even if it dosn't last forever at least it will cover the cracks for awhile and then when I see them showing up I'll hit it up again.
I'll post some pix if it comes out good.
Mike did you do that 2 tone?
