I'm new to this forum and I have a 2005 Tahoe Z71. I am having problems with my front AC fan. The AC itself is fine. It blows nice and cold.... from the rear. The fan control in the front has a mind of it's own. Although the LED indications are normal for what I'm asking of it, the fan does not respond.
Last week, the fan was all over the place. One minute it would blow high, even with the controls turned all the way down. The next it would only blow low. This week, the fan won't blow at all!
The temp control is fine; the various vent selections seem to work as well. It's just the fan control.
Is there a control module/rheostat/whatever?? that is easy to get to to replace?? Thanks in advance.
