Rear ac is ok, belt and compressor ok also, lines are cold. Removed blower motor and it looks ok, spins free, no binding or play. Would appreciate any help.

Is it just your A/C that doesn't work? Or the blower motor isn't pushing any air at all? If it is not blowing at all for heat, defrost, etc then I would first check the high speed and low speed motor fuses. One is under the hood and the other is near the driver's side dash. If those aren't blown then check the blower motor resistor which is located under the glovebox near the passenger footwell. There are a bunch of posts on here if you use the search for resistor problems.
