Front dash speakers

On the Yukon how does one easily access the speaker wires leading to the front dash speakers? I need to tie some tweeters in to them. Do I have to remove the dash (yuck) or would they possibly be accessible from the kick panels or ?

If the yukons and the suburbans are the same it is pretty simple. Just remove the two front pillars and the long plastic strip that runs along side the top of the dash/bottom of front windshield pops right off with 1 plug in the center.

Denada - take a look at the video that OEMAutoParts has on YouTube. Right around 6:10, they start the dash removal that rgctech refers to, which as you'll see, is pretty easy to do. Good luck!
