Front end pop

I have a nnbs and sometimes when I turn I hear a pop like a sway bar or a tie rod or something like that. Is there something that is more common than not?

I will occasionally have the same thing happen, close to full turn, slow speeds like turning out of the driveway. Can't tell you what is causing the "pop" sounds, if its harmful, or how to fix it... but thought I would try to reawaken this thread as I have the same issue.

Thoughts anyone?

I have the same issue. It's only at slow speeds and mostly full turns.
