in my 02 Yukon Denali..The front heater blower keeps Turning on and Off on its own..I mean it will work for a Bit and then stop working..anda few minutes later..it would work again...Is it the blower motor thats going or can it be the resistor or something else...Sucks when you are driving down the road and the front windshield starts to fog up...any help ya can give me would be awesome

I would probably lean towards the motor but it is not a common failure on the 00-06 models as far as I know. When a blower resistor goes out it will only work on high speed. Does it act up on every fan speed?

guysgonewild - Your problem is caused by the blend door actuator going out.

The part retail for $225 from the dealer but they make an aftermarket one. It is made by Dorman and it only costs around $100 from rockauto.com. Call the dealer with your VIN and get the actual Chevy part number and go on Rockauto and they have the OEM number listed with the Dorman number. And it's easy to change.
