Honestly I don't remember how I got it out when I did it... but I remember it was a pain...

I think vice grips on both white clips to hold both down, then pull evenly. And pull really hard lol

Somebody just smack me. Went out here tonight, used my finger & PUSHED IN on the tabs, and it pulled right out. I quit an hour too late last night.
