Front passenger wheel bearing "caput"

What a horrid noise when those go. It sounded like a snowplow dragging on dry pavement. I could feel it in my feet. Luckily was replaced at the dealer under warranty. I see that those tend to go on GM vehicles. I have had multiple types of cars with hundreds of thousands of miles on them and never had a wheel bearing go.
