Front right blinker not blinking.

Bought my 2011 Tahoe and the front right blinker was out. I took off the fender lining and undid that bolt and then popped the headlight out and switched the bulb. 4157’
The bulb lights up and works but when u use the turn signal or hazards it just stays solid and doesn’t blink. Any idea why/what causes it not to blink?

Seems to just be the wiring harness. I moved it around alittle and everything is workin as it should. I might have to see what exactly is loose if it does it again
