Left turn signals flash normal. Right side starts out normal but after about four flashes it starts quick flashing.
It acts just like a bulb is out but the one up front comes on as well as the two bulbs on the right rear.
I do get a message on the screen indicating the right front bulb is out but it does light up.
All bulbs are good. The flasher is apparently built into the fuse box and is unserviceable.
When the decommissioned this one they left a mess. I have a bunch of wires hanging from under the dash as well as wires where the console used to be.
I did get my horn working.
They left the siren horn on the radiator but cut the wires and the headlight flasher which is connected up to two factory harnesses.

maybe reseat the bulb, the connection might be weak enough to cause the flashing but still illuminate the light.

Swap the front turn signal bulbs to see if the issue follows the change.

Done it.
The bulb makes good contact with the receptacle and the receptacle contacts make good contact with the headlight assembly.
