Front screen stuck

Can someone help me my screen is stuck on the last singers that i was listening to it has been late that for about month or more, even when i cut truck off and cut it back on it still shows the same name it does not change to who is actually sing at the time. Thanks

What screen do you have?
Try to just disconnect your battery for 20 minutes and reconnect it and see if the issue goes away.

oh yea its just the factory touch nav. screen thats built into the dash
