i have front captain seats with the fold down armrests and my passenger one is broken. it wont stay in the horizontal position, it just flops down and when i go to put it up, it will sometimes fall to the back..it really bugs me and i just want it fixed. can i do it or do i have to get a new seat?

well vertical and horizontal.. the way worded it is wrong. you cant have your arm on or it will fall down. if i put it up is will fall towards the back seats.. but thanks

Hit up a junk yard and strip if then those should still be attached to vehicles as they are not common failures.
Try taking it apart and looking at it, my was lose feeling and wobbled all over the place. We opened up the seat and welded the post back on.
