Recommendations? Reupholstery or new seats? They are power seats so not sure if that adds to cost or not if I bought some new seats.

Not sure how much reupholstery is either, never done that.

I saw on a site WWW.theseatshop.com where you can buy the fabric and install it yourself. they have a DIY video. doesn't look too hard and saves you a lot of money. I was thinking about changing the bottom of my driver side seat bc the last owner wore it down and it has some cracks. check out the site and see for yourself.

I bought all the replacement leather for my driver seat from the seat shop. Brian is an awesome guy to deal with. If you've never done seats like this, it's still easy. I've done several chevelle seats with hog ring, etc.. before. Including time to remove the driver seat and reinstall, it took about 2 hours. I'd give yourself a little longer if you've never done it before.

The color matched perfectly and his video on how to scrub the other seats with scrubbing bubbles worked great! I did the install 6 months ago and the seat still looks perfect.

Try Katskin. I had a buddy who had a 02 expedition. He replaced the leather on all the seats, including the third row seat. It cost him under $2000installed. You can get it customized to your liking. I am pretty sure there is a link somewhere around here for Katskin.

$2k is way more than I am willing to pay ;)

The set for the full front leather from theseatshop is $750 which honestly is still more than I was expecting but yeah, way better. That seat guide looks confusing but it seems easier than I originally thought. Thanks for the help :)
