I've got two sets of shock extenders for my Escalade, one set came with the ReadyLift key kit, the other came with some other suspension parts I ordered awhile back.

Got one side of the truck finished but the shock extenders (neither pair) are wide enough to fit over the lower shock mount.

Anyone else have this problem? How'd you deal with it?

It doesn't appear that you could bend them, they're pretty heavy gauge steel construction.

Post a pic of the adapter, Should fit over the bottom and shock over the top, my BDS lift had them on the front got a longer shock so I took them off, I would just bend it alittle to fit if it isn't to much.

It doesn't need much, they are the standard style, both sets (one box construction, one U shaped bent steel. They are just very slightly too narrow to get over the lower shock mount bushing.

Bending isn't going to be easy, it's pretty heavy gauge steel.

A threaded rod and some nuts in between oughta do it.

The guys @ Hot Rod Garage did this on an El Camino. Right around 4:30 mark
