Its always a moving target. Many new OEM parts have different numbers because they are improved versions of the old design. I have the magnaride, and the replacement AC Delco struts now have a Lifetime Warranty - Arnotts are down to 2 and cost as much. GM really shines after a refresh, but really sucks after a full redesign...
Thanks again for response. I did put the KYB's on and what a difference. Not that AC Delco wouldn't of help (I have AC Delco air shocks on the back, just replaced). The unbearable hum of my AT tires at 50 to 60 mph is now gone! I did find some tire cupping on the front tires after the fact. The KYB came with a 1.5 or 2.0 inch spacer. I didn't install it. I wasn't sure how this would impact body leveling sensors. The front end is at 36" and the rear is at 37". This is after the suv is started and the rear air pump turns off. I assume the spacer would make the front and rear 37" (from road to middle of bottom side of the fender, just above the tire). I figure I would research and install if recommended.
