Hi,
I recently replaced my rotted out fuel pump with a Delphi "correct" part numbered fuel pump module and now the gauge is appearing to be inaccurate showing faster fuel consumption so when it is getting low, it's only taking 14-16 gallons instead of 20+. Any one else experience this? The Tech that installed it did not confirm the number on the pump to the number on the box....

Mine did this as well. Luckily there is a section in the pcm that allows you to alter the fuel level needle. I adjusted it until it was accurate. I think I had to lie and say the tank was smaller to get the needle to move to the correct position. Retarded I know, just glad I have hptuners. No clue why it read wrong.
