Fuel injector wear

Hi, I have a 2000 GMC Yukon with the 5.3, just went over 200k miles last week.

Running like a top, no codes, no issues that I know of. Well maintained its entire life.

Do I need to worry about the fuel injectors wearing? I'm not seeing any fuel trim issues when I scan the sensors.

On a top 100 list of items to worry about at 200K miles, the injectors are probably down in the 90s.
