As I said before bad power connections can make a pump not perform correctly. The tbi will bleed off pressure at shutdown because the tbi has a constant bleed down feature. Actually the delphi are oem and the best choice. Just because it says made in china does not mean it is garbage. I only prefer people to use Delphi parts here when ever they are available for fuel pumps as well as other items.
