Repair pal says "367-787." I suspect depending on where you live (I plugged in my Phoenix area code). Got an acdelco fuel pump and did the work myself. Ate up my time but not my wallet! I know a lot of folks don't have the time to do it which is understandable but these prices can sure motivate the hell out of you!

If you wan't a cheaper alternative. Airtex also makes a pump for it and it's about $100.

I've put many in vehicles and 99% of the time have no issues. I've only had a couple come back to me under our warranty period and none come back thereafter.

(may not be your exact pump so put your vehicle info into amazon and find the exact one.)

Did the fuel pump myself a few years back and while it was not technically difficult it is a pain in the ass. I feel like $800 for the whole job is about right.

Did mine a couple years ago with ac delco pump for $350. Just me and a floor jack with half tank of gas. If you can safely jack your truck up high enough, it's not too bad.

Old original post but what the heck,
Go to Napa Auto Parts
Delphi fuel pump
PN FG0273 and DFG0273 on box
and
Also purchase a fuel filter
Napa Gold PN 3481

(My Yukon XL 1500 is an '03 with a 5.3 non-flex fuel so those are the parts needed)

A tranny jack and a regular 2-ton jack
Some basic tools
1.5 hrs of my time
About 3/4 full so took some care/time to drop down

Dealership says $850 to change out on my 2001 YUKON. Is this legit?? I know it's labor intensive but...

Bull Ba loney. It is not labor intensive at all. I had my tank down in 30 mins with no lift just on drive on ramps.
