That sucks. What Temps have you been seeing lately?

Mine's been on a couple days but the Temps have only been in the 80s and cold front moved in today so only 60s-70s the next few days.

Looking at the underside and comparing both spoilers that I have when I was installing it, they are identical except for the light/lens part. They both unbolt from the back and completely remove and I could've swapped them from one to another if I wanted.

I've had the unsmoked one installed since December 2019.

Are you using the 3 stock bolts with the built-in washers that use a torx bit or the screws/washers that came with the spoiler?

The highest has been 85°. I used the stock bolts. When i unscrewed the 2 10mm nuts it looked like the spoiler relaxed a bit. I can open the glass and gate now, but slightly bothered thats its kissing the roof.

That's odd. I've had 1 for over a year and no problems. Looks great at night! I'm in TX with 100 degree temps! Must be a bad unit! Sorry to hear that you're having issues!

I swapped my eagle eye one I bought a couple years ago into a stock esky housing and sold the eagle eye housing with a chrome putco lamp to another member, they reported that the eagle eye housing had warped a couple months later.

Installed the replacement and it was crap too. It looked like it was bubbled in the center and it was only a matter of time before it started to bump on the roof. Also some areas around the bar were looking a bit warped or distorted so I wasn't any happier with this new one .

I ended up swapping the light bar to the oem spoiler i had and was a much better fit. I believe there's something wrong with their mold. I got 2 different lot numbers and they weren't fitting properly

Amerilite spoiler. Notice how it sits a bit higher than the roof.

It was hard to capture a good pic of the warping look, but it was behind the second and third mounts screws. Screwing them down would pull it in giving it an un-even look. It was very minimal on the oem spoiler

Both Amerilite spoilers. Im trying to point where it sinks in.

Damn, that sucks. What brand is your spoilers, Amerilite? Is that the name of the seller or maker of it? I know mine are Eagle Eyes brand. Do you have a pic of the underside?

Here's a pic of the sticker on mine with the model/lot #s20210916_160542.jpg

Amerilite is the seller on Amazon, no idea who makes it. This is the first lot they sent. I didn't take a pic of the second but did verify that they weren't the same.
