Gas fill still slow and code P0446

I have changed the charcoal canister the valve that attaches to it and the purge valve on the intake. I still have the same problem. What do I do next?

Sorry about that, I thought you were still getting the check engine light after replacing the parts. I missed the part about it still filling slowly. Maybe one of the new parts is faulty?

Have you checked the vent tube for obstructions or kinking? There is the fuel fill (usually about 1.5 to 2.0 inches diameter) and then a fuel tank vent tube that parallels the fill tube. The vent tube is usually about .6 inch in diameter. If the rubber hose that connects to the tank is kinked or collapsed, the tank will be hard to fill.
