Gas lock for Tahoe 2018

Hi,
The fuel cap lock on my 2018 Tahoe is stuck and I can't open it. Is there a way to open the fuel cap manually?

I assume you have a locking gas cap on there? you may have to drill out the lock or pry it off

The locks on those caps are not that complex. If you have a lock pick kit you can pick it. I’d call my bro over he’s into it lol.

Lock smith also could do it. I wouldn’t drill becuase metal and debris in the fuel tank is bad.

If it’s frozen and jammed spray lubricant/penetrant in there and slowly work the key.
