He doesnt advertise them as rebuilt but mine was clearly redone and had a rebuilt and inspected sticker on the back of it. Mileage is all over the palce in his ads, seems like whoever rebuilds them is programming random miles in clusters just to cover the spans. Like had a 35k, 75k, 100k, 50k etc. He didn't seem to have any duplicates are anything really close they were all kinda spread out suspiciously. Regardless the cluster has been flawless for a year of daily driving.
