well they all work now tried it again.. but now my passenger mirror wont go down. it will move everyway but down ugh

The same motor is used for up/down functions so if it is just the passenger side that won't go down but will go up that is definitly your switch. All it does is switch between and reverse the dc current to the motors so at least you know your wires are intact.

so the switch could be bad? but drivers side i can do down

yeah. If the passenger goes up but not down then all the wiring and motor are good the only difference between the two directions is the electric flow inside the switch is reversed for the motor. Ther are about 30 electrical contacts in that switch that could fail.
