dont put a body lift in it they are a waste of time and money cause they wear out and break, what im going to be doing this winter is throw a solid axle in front then changing height is as simple as adding another leaf to the pack or putting a whole new leaf set in, and for gears i would go with g2 gears at 4.11 or 4.30 cause if you go higher than that your just going to be using way too much gas

way off on the gears. 4.56 for 35s, 4.88 for 36-37, 5.13 for 38-39+. Some of our trucks came with 3.73 or 4.10 gears, don't waste your money with anything less than 4.56. A body lift is the quickest way to get 2 or 3 more inches. next option is a bigger IFS lift or as stated above SAS (solid axle swap) if you are a good fabricator or have a bunch of money to throw at it that is the best option

Solid Axle Conversion. Dana60 and a 14 Bolt FF. 4.88's and lockers front/rear. 37's. About the best set up you can have, IMO. IFS does not handle anything over a 35 very well

x2. im rolling 4.88's on 35's and they will be perfect with a set of 37's.

Should be fine, 4.10 would be ideal but would not be worth changing. I ran 3.73 on 33 and 35s, the 35s sucked, the 33 were ok with those gears.
