I am still stuck on the fuel issue but none the less project MUST move on.

Spent the last 2 days finally stripping, prepping, & painting the transmission.
It is a 00 2wd 4L80e...Only mods the Transmission getting is a MagHytec Deep Pan, Transgo HD 2 Shift Kit, Lokar Dip Stick, and lines hooked up to the biggest transmission cooler I can find.

I choose Purple b/c same color as the amazing ATS Diesel Transmission plus it is the wifey's favorite color. I tell her I painted it b.c its your favorite color and your so supporting of the build...NOT...the guys and everyone else...Just a lil mimick of ATS.

I could not find Purple gloss anywhere! I went onto amazon, well there was three pack, primer, paint and clear coat! Awww shit, I never primed nor cleared my engine block. It is too late by now. So I ordered the three pack and Compare which holds up longer...Motor or Tranny paint?

Ended up ordering the Painted Headers off of Amazon like a $50 difference plus free shipping. Then they got me with sales tax which I never paid before. Still came out $15-20 cheaper then anyplace else via Ebay, Summit, & Jegs.

I got painted as I didn't trust the Armor Coat Ceramic Coating. I <3 Black!
I will start test fitting the motor and trans. Once that Is complete and header's have been massaged into place I will send them out to get Ceramic Coated in Black!

Sorry for the long wait...as things came up (career change (car mechanic to diesel) and getting engaged my time and finances had to be committed other places. Now that the weather is warming up and I am able stop buying new tools, the swap continues!

Ok, So finally after almost a year Lextech is finally sending me a pre-programmed 411 as well as A/C Bracket kit. So I have 3.42's from the factory. Also needed to know exactly what injectors I am using for the tables and 8.1 Marine Injectors by Delphi Model#17113739.

I picked up the injector's used also the seller got me (I think) in a vulnerable spot) Said he had modified fuel rails (welded AN fitting) help with the swap so for few extra bucks I got them as well. Figure just put less stress on my buddy who is helping me with the swap. I am stuck in a rut with the swap as it comes to getting the Fuel System squared away. Not sure if my Tahoe is return or returnless and same is for my 6.0.

What do I need to order or fabricate to help get fuel to the motor?

I'm fairly certain all the Chevy FI systems are return based from the factory. Even some of the later model carb setups were ...
