It was one of the pipes off the header was touching a heat shield.... Bent it out of the way... GOne!!

nice !! did you notice a performance gain from these headers ?

Yes, I did notice some performance gains -

Mostly at higher RPM's

Could you post up a pic or 2 of the engine compartment of the headers installed, curious on the amount of room and fitment of them?

I'll try to get some better pics - but I got them for $450 to my door. Stainless Gibson headers...

I run gibson shorties too they have been working pretty good for me and IanSLT you never should wrap headers it will cause them to crack out
