If ct stands for Connecticut then you’re south...of me at least! 20 minutes is way more than enough time to warm these things up in my experience but I suppose it would be nice to set it to however long we wanted.

I’m guessing there is liability associated with it. Like knowing that people will certainly start it in their garage and forget about it etc.

Yeah after trying it out this morning it seems really good. I just got out of a Audi Q7 for 5 years and the heat SUCKED! I used to have to get 2 shots of 23 min of running time to even warm the car I'm glad to be back in a Yukon for sure!

Wow you need longer than 20 min. I live an hour north of Toronto Canada and I don't even let my suburban warm up a full 10 min.
its been about -2F to -3F (-19C) most morning last week and 5 mins was long enough that I could hop in turn on the heated seat and steering wheel and drive to work.
Most days I don't even wear my winter jacket in the car cause the seat is warm enough with the heated seats set on the middle temp.
