Gm chat said event code was 2030, then changed to 1100 the next week

Trying to find out if an event code can actually regress. The Gm chat said last week that my order was at 2030, then this week they said it was 1100. Can that be accurate?

Not accurate. 1100 means it has not been accepted. In order to be accepted, your order cannot contain a zero quantity item FOR YOUR SCHEDULED TPW. Obviously, your dealer needs an allocation for anything constrained for that week. If a supplier cannot meet the TPW assignment, then you can see your TPW week change. That would not move you back to an 1100 status.

Re-read your screenshot. The 1100 reply was an error on her part…she was on the wrong screen, it’s still 2030
