GM employee responding to threads ??

It's not really a big deal...but this GM rep keeps responding to threads with a "sorry your having problems please contact your dealership" NEVER offers a solution or ANY advice. Just seems like a waste of band width/space/oxygen you name it.

Anyway, thanks for nothing, Louis !!

This has been talked about before. LOL

Although now they ask you to "PM" everything....... so less is out in the open.

actually i had a problem with my dealership not honoring my extended warranty that i purchased through them,,,and i reached out to the gm rep here and they noted the case, got me in contact with the area representative,,,kept in touch with me through the whole process and got my issue resolved. very helpful
