Can i put 07-14 rotors/brake pads with SureStop calipers for 00-06 tahoe

Found a great deal on rotors and pads but am hesistant to jump on them and risk the diameter of the rotors being too larger for my the red Sure Stop calipers i have.
Any info sill be helpful!

As long as the SureStop calipers are for the '07-14 brakes, yes. Wheels need to be at least 17" for the calipers to clear and, as mentioned, the calipers AND THEIR BRACKETS need to be the NNBS size.

It's not just rotors and pads.
You need caliper BRACKETS, calipers, rotors and pads from a GMT900 (please, stop with the BS).
