GM Heated Seat Kit!

Anybody have any experience with this kit?? is this just switches or do I have to take the seat covers off and put in heaters??

its the GM Heated seat Kit. part # 19159306

If you don't have heated seats, you will have to remove the seat covers and put the heaters in. And switches.
