Bought it from a member on the forum, but going a different route.
No chips, no stripped threads, everything is in good condition, could use a nice wash and media blast. Doesn't come with any gaskets or anything like that. Has the EGR ports.. Throttle bores are around 1 3/4". ports are clean..
