Gm vs afe Cai for 5.3

Debating which one to get. I heard the gm has an aluminum tube? Wouldn't this heat up faster ?

Aluminum actually dissipates heat very well. Hence why you can almost pick something up off the BBQ wrapped in foil right away. But alas I have no experience with either cai
