I have a 2007 GMC Denali. My truck is stalling after driving then will not start unless you put the gas to the floor. I have had a check engine light with codes p171 p174 also the stabli track and and traction control light comes on and indicates that the system is off. The vechical runs great other wise. Please if anyone knows of a similar issue in a tread I need the link. I need to have some ideas on what to check next.
The motor had a master rebuild a little less than year ago due to a piston slap issue. Had all seals replaced, timing set, water pump, oil pump, water pump and all new pistons and rings. I put a new fuel pump (Delphi) cleaned the throttle body and maf. I found the PCV hose hooked up to the intake tube split at the elbow.

Check all your battery/alternator connections for corrosion first. Sand them down with sandpaper and tighten everything. Would also suggest removing the negative battery cable for 10 minutes while you do this.
