I want to put on Bilstein 5100s when I get new tires, thinking prob will do in spring/summer. So no rush but want to find best deal. Found $500 for all front+rear, should I jump on it?

Or talk me out of this and into another choice.

Don't leap before you look for a good discount code, or some other incentive that'll lower the price a bit.
Won't be easy to find a 5100 set under $500. Couldn't, bought a 4600 set ... still regret it, should've bought the 5100.

shocksurplus.com. BE CAREFUL - I missed out on applying a 10% off discount code.
Had to bite the bullet, old shocks were being held together ONLY by dint of still being installed.
They literally came apart as they were being uninstalled.

The MILDLY interesting part: shocksurplus originally sent me a pair of rear 4600, and a pair of rear 5100 (?).
Oh, how I wish that they'd accidentally sent me a full 5100 set ...
Anyway, once I explained it to them (by email, they're IMPOSSIBLE by phone), they sent a front pair of 4600,
and a return authorization shipping label to send back the rear 5100 pair.

For what they are, 4600 are fine, but I'm accustomed to 9C1 Caprice handling. Shoulda bought the 5100 ...
