That's better. Looks like it's just bumper damage based on the tow hooks not looking out of place. You won't be really sure till you start taking it off but I'd say you're into it just the bumper, bumper lower valance and bumper cap, plus the paint. You might even get away with using the valance again if it'l pop back into shape with no noticeable creasing..

Probably be cheaper if you go out and shop around for a used bumper, cap and valance have it painted and install it yourself. Depending on where you go for the parts and paint it should be in the $500-$600 range.

The grey plastic scurt is fine. theres no damage on it besides the slight greyness in the crease. But ill deal with it if it saves me 1---200 bucks.

I dont think any mounts or anything are bent so all that needs to be replaced is the green panted section. I yanked ******* the bumper to try and pull it out and there was no way its budging. Maybe the shop has some tricks but is it really possible to pop this out bondo and repaint.

I just put a new chrome bumper on my step dads truck and it was like 80 for the steel part only and that was new from Keystone/Auto Panels Plus which is here in Tulsa. I would think the primered bumper would be cheaper.
