just changed the cup holder from an expedition to a navigator painted it and wrapped the wood grain piece in carbon fiber. then like a dumbass walked right into the boat and scraped the vinyl off the piece you can see it in picture but will re-wrap it tomorrow too tired and hot to do it again today!

Nice, the only thing I dont like it that it covers the power outlets. Any plans to relocate them?

Did you re-route the vents on the floor?

Two very good concerns.
What are your plans for them kaotic?

good questions, first the console had the blower motor and ducting still in it when I removed it of course and I cut the harness plug from the wire coming from under the dash (from the expedition) that plugs into the console. I am going to relocate the power points into the cuddy front of the new console and as far as the floor vents, since the expedition console has the blower still intact I am going to make the plug work so that the controls on the back of the console still run the blower motor (hi med and low). with the vent (floor vent from tahoe) blowing directly into the vent on the console. in theory it should work.:)

Nothing fits like the Escky/Nali Console...the Expo console blocks the Cig lighter plugs for accessories or unfortunately if you smoke. I like the escky console b/c it fits great and has great shape to customize...like adding gauges and other electronic goodies.

The only thing I salvaged from my Esky console in the Cig Plug light in the back...hook up power and ground to it...great source to run wires off for gauges or any other electronic goodies!

But none the less it looks great!

ok finally got around to installing 12v plugs in the console. I ended up putting them in the tray/compartment..I ran a wire from the post where my second battery is on the fuse panel under the hood and while I was at it i used bigger wire from the battery to the fuse box. I am happy with it! also started my big3 wire setup. got 2 of the wires done and have to go get 2 more copper lugs tomorrow to finish the 3rd wire cant wait to see if it helps with the power, not that I am having any real problem now that I installed the ad244 alt but im sure it wont hurt!.

you can see the bigger main feed wire and on the post on left is the 2nd batt wire and wire for the 12v /charger plugs
