Update on the Hawk.
Took one of our other critters in for a yearly checkup and asked if the vet had heard anything from the wildlife place.
She said she had also thought about it as she hadnt heard anything after they picked it up the day after we dropped it off ar the vet. And she was aware that they were already over crowded so if the bird was not going to be able to be rehabbed it was going to have to be put to sleep. So that morning before the appointment I had, she texted her colleague that works at the rehab place and got a reply that was a picture of the bird half wrapped to keep the wing stable with a caption of This Is Chester. Apparently the wing was just dislocated and not broken. So a few weeks of being immobile and it should be okay enough to be let to wander and work some muscles and get released.
