I am looking at mounting my gps someplace in the center cluster i have an 06 yukon and was wondering if any one has done this... on my center cluster I have Radio, A/C Controls, then two lighter spots with a cubby I was looking at fixing something to fit in that cubby that would hold the GPS. I am wanting to tackle this over the holiday break so any information will be great on this if not I will take pics and post them up as to what i did to make this work.

looking at putting a garman in there yes i looked at the indash GPS but not looking to spend that kind of money as of right now.. I would be willing to spend up to 75 or so just looking for something that would make it look clean and just flow. was thinking hitting up lowes and getting some kind of a plastic filler and just mounting the dash mount to it and then poping the GPS down there on that but that would look tacky

I guess what i could say on this is i am really looking for something like the A Piller mount for the gps but for the center cluster tho.

make your own out of fiberglass?? isnt to hard to make a base out of foam and cover with fiberglass. than sand and cover or paint.
