i have bad noise also. but i dont think its the hinges. go open the door and look at the bar that goes into the door from the frame. slides in and out as you open and close the door. now pull the panel off, get a small brush and some grease. grease where ever that bar goes. i still havent done it myself but when i mess with the door to figure out where it squeeks that where i hear it coming from.

use white lithium grease on the hinges, use DRY silicone spray on the weather stripping. or anyplace u have a plastic on plastic type of squeek or rattle. thats what GM does (where i learned it when I worked for chevy in a svc dept). something like this
http://www.amazon.com/Silicone-Spray-Dry-Type-Lubricant/dp/B000MQX7K2

it will say dry type on it...just spray it along the rubber and door, or on the plastic seams (like the ones in the door panels where the armrests are and can squeek when u push on the door panel). it'll fix it, and wont make a mess. super easy and effective. cheap too.
