I am upgrading the brakes on my Tahoe and thought I would pass along the savings.

Total Price After Sales Tax $80.50 less $30 rebate = $50.50

My price thru Advance Auto would have been $134.21 at my local store ($104.21 after rebate) or $114.08 buying online with 15% off and store pickup ($84.08 after rebate). Must purchase by May 31st to be eligible for the rebate, $15 for front and $15 for rear.

Other Purchased Upgrades:
2007+ Rotors ($103.98) http://www.ebay.com/itm/160817990777?item=160817990777&viewitem=&vxp=mtr

2007+ Calipers ($128.79 after tax, bought last set with Prime) (Power Stop red powder coated) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DGRRVDI/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller=

I will be doing stainless steel hoses/lines as well but still deciding which brand etc. to use.

Also wanted to try out these front rotors first before I purchase them for the rear.

I could have purchased less expensive calipers, but the red powder coating for that price was hard to pass up.

My 2007 Silverado stops on a dime. I start praying hard in my Tahoe with 20 inch wheels if I have to mash the brakes hard in traffic. I won't have time to install until next weekend, but I will definitely post my thoughts afterwards.
