I think a black aftermarket grille guard would look the best. There's alot of options out there... UofMz71 on here has a Westin (which I like the best):

I also saw this one that is kind of unique... I think it's a Frontier

I want to put a grille guard on my silver 07 tahoe, but can't bring myself to pull the trigger, I'm just not sure how it'll look with such a light body color....maybe if i get some all black wheels it'll look better...Good Luck!

yeah i too like the first one! :)

ill take some more pictures as ive done more work to the truck and looks better than that first picture and ive been asked by others for pics, but just havent had the time or memory card space (need to delete some pics)

I like the westin, obviously, better because ive always liked the center light bars. But i have seen that second pic on a truck around town and it doesnt look too bad, but just not for me.

FLtahoe, yeah the rims would look better if matched or, what ive seen (not on a tahoe though) are people powder coating the guard the same color as the truck.

Yeah man, I love your truck! If I could do it over again, I would have pony-ed up any bought a Z71. Want to trade for a pretty much stock LS? haha - you don't have to answer that! I just want to do something to give my truck a bit of "attitude" for lack of a better word. I'm thinking about putting back on the black mesh grille ( I installed a chrome mesh), getting the guard you have, and then maybe some all black wheels...maybe give it a little bit of a 4x4 or "off-road" look. How do you think that would look? Man, I wish I knew someone who had some photoshop skills.

John, that would look good! jw, is it 4x4 or you just want to make it feel that way? The guard, new rims and tires, and a leveling kit and youll have that rugged look!
