Grille Bezel

I found this grille on LMC truck and i want to get it painted to match my Yukon but i was told that if it is textured i can not. The one im looking at is on the top right of the page the black on. I was also told that you can scuff the chrome bezels and paint them. Is there any truth to this?

you can paint the textured part if you want. it is possible it will just be textured. as for the chrome you can for sure do that and it will be smooth

You cant paint it if it's textured but you can sand it down then primer and shoot away

I don't see why you can't paint it. Wipe it down and spray it with adhesion promoter and paint and clear
