Since Tahoes and Yukons are in a since the same truck, could i use an aftermarket yukon grill on a Tahoe?

nope, even though a lot of stuff is similar there are somethings that are not interchangeable. See the difference.

Ive seen kits online (dont remember where) that change the front end ( head lights and grill) that make our hoes look like escalades. they look ok. i think the one i saw was around $800 american

Yeah you can swap the front clip from a Kon or Esky. But a straight grille swap? negative.
