Would be nice if there was a filter a guy could install that would stop the pellets.

I'd think a standard in-line lawnmower fuel filter would suffice. Or, just don't destroy your charcoal canister by topping off the tank and the pellets shouldn't be released. Yes, it could fail other ways, but those chances are much smaller than it failing due to being soaked.

Your days are numbered. Although, with your 1,000 GPM fuel pump, it'll probably just chew and push the pellets through like a trash pump. The particles would slip right through your 700 lb./hr injectors at idle.

...Three more successful WOT fill-ups so far with another happening today. I'd say this solution is confirmed.

Although, it doesn't like to get less than ~3/16 tank. On hard acceleration, it'll miss and sputter as if it has a failing fuel pump, but runs fine with normal acceleration and with a full tank. It's gotta be the gas getting thrown to the back of the tank and the bucket not having enough gas in it. I thought I may have screwed up the fuel bucket somehow during the deep cleaning. But, I recall the tank being really low over a month ago and when I left a traffic light kinda hard, it did the same. I ruled out an inaccurate fuel gauge so it's gotta be that the bucket isn't being filled. I'll have to drop the tank again for this and I'll just replace the entire assembly. I'll check and blow out the hoses again in case any stray pellets remain. So, basically repeat the entire job I just did.
