H11 CREE LED bulbs

So has anyone used the H11 CREE LED bulbs? I've seen the DRLs and fogs, they don't provide all that light output, not comparing to an actual headlight. I've used 2 different sets of the Silverstars and Piaas. The Piaas were a little brighter but lasted about as long, 8-10 months. I have not pulled the trigger on retro's yet. I was talking to a guy on eBay that retro's them. However another Piaa went out last night, so now I'm worried that the other one will.

Do not attempt to replace headlight bulbs with LED's............yet. The technology in the aftermarket sector isn't there yet. Most likely in the next few years there will be a LED bulb available that will be better than halogen. However, right now, unless you're willing to upgrade to "proper" HID's you are better off with Sylvania or stock bulbs.

I run 50w cree led conversions in my 99 Tahoe and love them. I don't know about the one on eBay. I got mine on amazon they are from new bright and I just order a set for my wife's equinox.

I too have a set on my 07. Had them about a year, love them.

Been running LEDs in headlights for a year in my silverado and now in my yukon for 5 months and would not go back to halogen anytime soon! Just added a set of them in fog lights too 2days ago and way better then hologens I had!
