Go ahead and replace the coil packs. I know its going to be a little harsh on the wallet, however it will make a difference. Recently I had the same code come up on our 2003 Trailblazer, and replaced what I thought was the #3 cylinder misfiring. No dice...Just ended up replacing all 6 (Inline 6) of them, with new plugs and this did it.

Just spend the money. It's worth it in the end. I already have started a small fund for this very reason. Because when it happens, I don't want to be spending out of my pocket.

Well I finally figured it out!!! I got a temp gun and checked my exhaust temps. One of the whole sides of the engine was cool while most of the other side was hot. So I took it to get scanned again to see if there were anymore codes and there was a p0200 (injector issue). It crossed my mind to check the injector fuses to see if any were blown. Sure enough one of them was blown. Now it runs like it should! I started another thread about parasitic battery drain I think I am having and I pulled all of the fuses to test which circuits were pulling the most power. Well I guess one of the fuses to another circuit was blown so when I put them all back in the blown fuse got put in the injectors spot.
