Has anyone ever replaced the bushings in the front?

I have a 99 tahoe. 4x4. With 247k miles.Does anyone have any experience replacing the bushings? Or do you know if it would make the car feel more firm/steady?

Ordered a full steering kit and energy suspension polyurethane bushing kit today. Should be installing all next weekend. Got the death wobble at 35mph

how about getting an inspection of your death suspension from a local shop.

Considering some of the bushings are all but missing I dont think it takes a genius to figure out the problem. Steering parts are just for good measure. I dont really trust alot of the shops around here and if you feel like paying 2 or 3 times more to have your ride fixed go for it. I myself would rather just do it myself

unknown at this time.
i said inspected, not repaired by. sometimes one person on the ground cant always see everything up close and personal when you have to check for play in components. they can put it in the air for a better inspection result with their shop equipment and hands while you can do most of the repairs yourself.

Steering kit off of ebay seller World Suspension and the energy suspension bushing kit from sparktec. The rancho 5000 steering stabilizer I got from summit in about 3 days. I got the steering kit today. The bushings still have yet to be shipped. Theyve been saying itll ship in 4-7 days for about a week and a half. Should have just ordered the bushings and stabilizer from summit
